Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to Us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by Us on Our servers.

- if We are unable to resolve the complaint, We will refer the matter to an external complaints body to resolve the matter by a form of external dispute resolution, such as, but not limited to, mediation;
