You may change your details at any time by advising Us in writing via email. All information We receive from Our customers is protected by our secure server. Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to Us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by Us on Our servers.

We will abide by the APP as included in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The APP sets out how organisations should collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information.   1. How you may complain if We or a contractor breaches the Privacy Policy or the APP

If you become aware of a breach of this Privacy Policy or the APP and wish to make a complaint We refer to you the following complaints process:

  • if We are unable to resolve the complaint, We will refer the matter to an external complaints body to resolve the matter by a form of external dispute resolution, such as, but not limited to, mediation;
  • if the matter is unable to be resolved by external dispute resolution you may make a formal complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (“OAIC“).

In order to acknowledge the fact that Our business is constantly growing and changing, We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify site users of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
